(Walk-Ins for mat classes are okay, please confirm for group equipment classes.)
If only 1 person shows up for a mat class, it may not be held so please call ahead to confirm if it's a newer class.)
LET US KNOW IF THERE IS A CERTAIN TIME YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A CLASS AND WE WILL SURVEY IT AND PROMOTE IT SO AS TO BE ON THE SCHEDULE!!!
